  • Spearheaded a global re-branding (visual and messaging) to align with new company objectives. Efforts included the development and execution of creative and brand strategies, brand audits and surveys, new brand guidelines, stakeholder management, and a new brand enablement program for 1,200+ global employees.

  • Orchestrated the company's largest and most impactful integrated global brand campaign, surpassing all previous campaigns for reach and engagement. Assets included a commercial, video and written content, digital and print ads, a CD mailer in Adweek (!), DOOH, events, email, websites, and employee activations. The campaign generated 150M+ impressions and won four Shorty Awards including “Mid-Sized Brand of the Year.”

  • Transformed the creative team from a reactive and inefficient services team to a proactive and strategic partner, resulting in decreased turnaround time, more impactful creative, and stronger cross-company collaboration.

  • Introduced numerous strategies to improve efficiency across the team, department, and company such as the first company presentation and brand toolkit, self-serve templates and software, prioritization guidelines, resource management, evaluation of tools, career leveling guidelines, and a three-part DEI guide and training program.

  • Scaled and led a team of versatile creative professionals including 8 full-time and 10+ freelance Art Directors, Designers, Video Directors, Motion Designers, Copywriters, Project Managers, and agencies to consistently produce high-quality work on time and within budget.

  • Managed Marketing and Creative team goals, initiatives, KPIs, and a $600k+ brand team budget. Maintained continuous communication with senior leadership to ensure alignment from planning to execution and reporting.

  • Created the Marketing DEI Group and the Culture Crew resulting in the creation of a series of guides, trainings, discussion groups, team events, and recognition programs. Expanded the DEI Group to support the broader company’s D&I efforts.

  • Led and executed the concept development and design for large-scale integrated advertising campaigns, global company-wide initiatives, events, and marketing for the global Viacom brand and its channels—including MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, BET, Paramount, and VH1.

  • Design lead for the Digital Task Force, which keeps the department abreast of new technologies and ensures more innovative digital solutions for our internal and external clients.

  • Collaborate with a small web team to design high-profile websites including the 2017 Viacom Trade Campaign site, which drew heavy traffic from hundreds of major media placements; and a complete redesign of Viacommunity.com, the company’s CSR site.

  • Sent to Apple’s Enterprise App Design Lab in Cupertino, CA as Viacom’s design lead, collaborating with a global team of Viacom developers and engineers.

  • Key player in department-wide initiatives dedicated to process, culture, social media, learning and development, the intern program, and team-building.

Senior Creative Lead, Quidsi Inc / Amazon  /  Oct ‘12 - July ‘16  /  Jersey City, NJ

  • Led a team of junior/senior designers and copywriters in the creation of assets promoting Quidsi’s ten e-commerce websites across multiple channels—including digital advertising, print, out-of-home, direct mail, email, video, and social media. Spearheaded design for photo shoots, on-site promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborated and ideated with cross-functional teams—including UX, tech, marketing, and merchandising—to drive strategy, execution, and consistency within brand guidelines.

  • Led the Quidsi Volunteer Committee, which organized events, fundraisers, and drives to support various local causes. Also spearheaded design team outings and celebrations to promote morale and camaraderie.

  • Project highlights: The launch of Soap.com’s integrated “Say No To Drugstores” campaign; the creation of “The Dirty Truth About NYC” statistic-based campaign; the first-of-its-kind “Parents Against Daylight Saving Time” viral campaign; the design and production of Quidsi’s new, branded shipping boxes; the implementation of in-house photo shoots, which lowered internal costs while elevating brand visuals.
