Experience

Creative Director, Versalie (contract) / Kenvue
January ‘24 - Present / Remote

  • Sole creative lead for a high-growth menopause brand (market projected to reach $24.35B by 2030), owning end-to-end creative across branding, advertising, packaging, social, email, web, experiential, and campaign strategy with a constant focus on the consumer experience. Integrated AI tools across planning, research, ideation, content, and creation to expand creative capacity as a small startup team within a large organization.

  • Conducted a comprehensive industry-wide brand audit resulting in a full brand evolution: new tone of voice, evolved visual systems, and simplified brand architecture to reduce consumer overwhelm and improve consistency across channels, established through multi-day cross-functional workshops.

  • Drove creative strategy and execution for the brand’s first product launch, including campaign strategy, photoshoot creative direction, and all design deliverables across primary marketing channels.

  • Spearheaded an emergency packaging redesign on a compressed timeline after the original packaging tested poorly. Collaborated across marketing, insights, innovation, R&D, production, and print partners to deliver qual/quant-informed designs through production.

  • Produced a video content series on a minimal budget to give consumers clear, educational information, directing end-to-end production across 11 long-form videos, 66 social cuts, and 18 hours of footage with 17 experts and advisors. Leveraged AI tools to support pre- and post-production on a lean team.

  • As the first creative hire, built cross-functional partnerships from the ground up across brand, marketing, engineering, R&D, and content teams, establishing creative as a strategic business partner at every level.

  • Promoted from part-time to full-time within 5 months.
